How long does shipping take?+

Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days within the EU and 7–10 business days internationally. Express options are available at checkout.

Where do you ship from?+

Orders are dispatched from our European warehouse Monday to Friday. International orders are handled by our partner carriers.

What is your return policy?+

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Are your products safe for chewers?+

All toys are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials and stress-tested before release. No item is fully indestructible — please supervise play.

How do I care for the rope toys?+

Spot clean with warm water. Avoid harsh detergents. Air-dry fully before returning to your pet. Replace any toy showing significant wear.

Do you offer wholesale?+

Yes. Email us at sales@elixer.com with your store details and we'll send our wholesale catalogue.

I never received my confirmation email.+

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your full name and shipping address and we'll resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order?+

Orders can be edited within 2 hours of placement. After that, the warehouse begins processing and changes are no longer possible.
