Returns & Refunds

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

The 30-day promise

Try our products at home. If you (or your pet) aren't satisfied, return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

  1. 1 Email support@elixer.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. 2 We'll send you a prepaid return label (EU) or return instructions (international) within one business day.
  3. 3 Drop the parcel at your local carrier point. Keep the receipt until your refund is processed.
  4. 4 Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
  • Hygiene items (such as water bottles after first use) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items can be returned for store credit only.
  • Return shipping is free within the EU. Outside the EU, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to swap an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Need help? Contact us.
