1. Who we are

This website is operated by MINISO GROUP LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), company registration number 79265219, registered at FLAT 2304, 23/F HO KING, COMM CENTRE, 2-16 FA YUEN STREET, MONG KOK, HONG KONG. We trade online under the brand name "minisotoys" at minisotoys.com. You can reach us at support@minisotoys.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website, creating an order or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and that you accept these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. Products and product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Material descriptions refer to the materials actually used and we do not claim any composition, certification or origin that we cannot evidence. Products are sold as consumer pet accessories and are not medical, veterinary or safety-restraint devices.

4. Orders and acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you are refunded in full.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact details.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout in the currency displayed there.
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you confirm the order.
• Payment is taken at the time the order is placed, via the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment service providers; we never store full card details.
• Import duties or local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, carriers and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel or return an order under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which includes the return address and the steps to follow. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory cancellation or refund right you have as a consumer.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not copy, resell or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and layout on this site are owned by or licensed to MINISO GROUP LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use only.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, by sending us a clear statement by email. Reimbursement of all payments received, including standard delivery costs, is made within 14 days of us being informed, using the same payment method you used at checkout. This statutory right applies in addition to our 30-day return window, which is described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Orders can also be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch.

14. Complaints, disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order or you do not recognise a charge, please contact us first at support@minisotoys.com. Card payments are processed by MINISO GROUP LIMITED and may appear on your statement under that name. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours on business days and to resolve it within 14 days. Contacting us directly is faster than raising a dispute with your bank, and lets us refund or replace an order immediately. Your right to raise a dispute with your card issuer or to use any applicable out-of-court dispute resolution scheme is not affected.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any contract formed under them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the jurisdiction in which MINISO GROUP LIMITED is registered. The courts of the Hong Kong SAR have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

Where you purchase as a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area — the markets in which minisotoys.com sells and prices in euro — this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Those mandatory provisions, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) and the national statutory conformity and warranty rules implementing them, apply in addition to, and where they conflict take precedence over, the law of the Hong Kong SAR. Consumers resident in the EU/EEA may also bring proceedings in the competent courts of their country of residence.
