All delivery times below are estimates in business days after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs clearance and public holidays can extend them.

Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
